Orders & Shipping
How long does it take for me to receive my order?
It typically takes our shipping team 1-3 business days from the time you place your order to when your order is completely packaged up and ready to go out. From there, shipping speeds depend on what part of the world you are located.
Please note that your shipping speed and processing time are two completely separate things. Shipping speed is how quickly the postal carrier delivers your package across the country. Processing time is the amount of time that it takes our shipping and warehousing staff to process all the orders from the day, quality check all of the items, package them up carefully and safely, and get your box in the hands of the postal carrier.

I got an out-of-stock notification, what do I do?
First, we want to apologize for the delay.
According to the USPS website, they are experiencing unprecedented delays. We recommend reaching out to USPS support to see what is going on.
If you do not receive the order within a week please contact us.Â
How do you ship your packages?
Here at Best One Hitters, we understand our customer’s concerns about privacy and discretion. Everything we ship will be in plain packaging, with nothing to indicate that the contents are glass pipes or smokeware. Our shipping labels do not say Best One Hitters, and we do everything we can to ensure our packages are discreet.
Our packages are shipped to you in standard USPS packaging (either a plain brown box or a USPS priority mail box).
However, “Best One Hitters” will appear on your credit card statement. We cannot change this, and we apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.
Do you ship to my country?
We currently only ship to United States. Check back for updates as we plan to add international shipping in the future.Â

Defective products will be refunded to the purchaser with photo proof of defect.
