Defective products will be replaced or refunded at no charge to the purchaser. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to notify Best One Hitters of any defective product received within 10 days of receiving the defective product. Any products reported as defective more than 10 days after being received will be handled at the sole discretion of Best One Hitters.
Because of the current regulations around our products, we cannot accept returns. The return of defective products is not permitted and the customer may dispose of such items at his or her discretion.
If you are dissatisfied with the product, please email email@example.com with your name, order number, and reason for your dissatisfaction.
No refund requests can be accepted after 30 days from the ship date. You will receive a reply from support via email that your claim was accepted and you will receive a full refund. No further action is required.
