Defective products will be replaced at no charge to the purchaser, but it is the purchaser’s responsibility to notify Best One Hitters of any defective product received. Purchaser’s are asked to notify Best One Hitters within 10 days of receiving the defective product. Any products reported as defective more than 10 days after being received will be handled at the sole discretion of Best One Hitters. The return of defective products is not permitted-the customer may dispose of such items at his or her discretion.
Best One Hitters does not accept returns of any items that have been used. If you are dissatisfied with the product, please email [email protected] with your name, order number, and reason for your dissatisfaction, and we will refund you the money. No refund requests can be accepted after 30 days from the ship date. You will receive a reply from support via email that your claim was accepted and you will receive a full refund. No further action is required.
