When will I receive my order?

Our dugouts are handcrafted and made to order by veterans in Indiana. Processing typically takes 3-5 days, and shipping takes 3-7 days depending on your location. This means you should receive your order within 7-12 days.

We will send a tracking email once your package has shipped, so you can know the estimated date of arrival.

How will my order be packaged?

We value your privacy and work hard to guarantee that 100% of your information is safe with us. One part of that process includes discreet shipping and billing. When you order from us there is no need to worry about anyone knowing what is inside your package.

Each order is packaged in a plain parcel with no product information listed.  We promise that no mention of the product or “Best One Hitters” will be displayed on your package.
